Growth on Ceiling Tiles at Golf Club

A local golf club contacted SERVPRO of Sussex County to remediate growth from their locker rooms. It was necessary to take the time to plan our approach, as the golf club needed to remain open to customers while we worked. The growth was focused around HVAC vents in locker rooms and a lounge area. Ceiling tiles are a porous material that must be disposed of when mold growth has set in. We contained the area and removed all affected materials. Afterwards we cleaned all hard surfaces and sanitized the room. The customer was pleased with our team's attention to detail and ability to work without interfering with their customers.
